Northside Tool Rental is a third-generation, family-owned company that has been serving the Atlanta market for over 65 years. When MFN came on board, NTR’s marketing was a mishmash of different efforts that lacked consistency and a brand voice. We helped them identify their target and separate it into two clearly defined audiences: contractors and DIYers. Then we developed a cohesive platform that could simultaneously speak to both audiences while retaining a singular brand voice.
